“Weekly selections” offer a selection of Dalewood Fromage cheeses of a total weight of approximately 1kg, Melba toast and preserves, and may include products not shown on the product image or not listed in the product description, or not include products shown on the product image and listed in the product description.
All prices quoted on our website include South Africa’s Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices quoted are per quantity as indicated. DALEWOOD FROMAGE reserves the right to vary prices at any time, without notice.
DALEWOOD FROMAGE shall acknowledge your order via email. Acknowledgement of the order constitutes legal acceptance of the order, at which point a binding contract of sale has been concluded and you will be charged for the order. DALEWOOD FROMAGE reserves the right to refuse any order under the minimum indicated quantity. Orders may not be transferred from you to any other person. Please note that DALEWOOD FROMAGE cannot be held responsible for orders placed incorrectly on our website, even if the error was in good faith.
We deliver once a week to a limited list of destinations. A delivery schedule is displayed on our website’s checkout page.
The ownership and risk associated with your goods will be held by DALEWOOD FROMAGE up until the point at which they are signed for at delivery or collection. Any damage, disappearance or theft of goods post delivery or collection, will become the responsibility of the person who placed the order and against whom the contract is binding.
DALEWOOD FROMAGE may cancel your order at any time, and will fully refund your payment within 30 days. You may cancel your order at any time, and will receive a full refund, if and only if your cancellation request has reached us before your ordered goods have left our premises. If your ordered goods have left our premises by the time we receive your cancellation request, delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations may be requested at email@example.com
The provision of goods by DALEWOOD FROMAGE is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, DALEWOOD FROMAGE will substitute goods to the same value.
No returns! In accordance with section 20(3)(a) and (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, for reasons of public health, we do not take back or refund goods that have been delivered.
All payments to DALEWOOD FROMAGE are handled securely by www.payfast.co.za. No credit card or payment details are stored on the dalewood.co.za servers. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
DALEWOOD FROMAGE may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
