A large, thick wheel with a bloomy white rind and a creamy, delicate flavour. Lightly marbled with blue veins. Available as a whole wheel (approx. 1.25kg – 1,4kg), in wedges of 125g or bite-sized portions of 25g. Mild in flavour for hesitant blue eaters.
