Borne out of Lockdown, out of desperate times – a unique semi-hard mature cheese created by Rob Visser of Dalewood to be an accessible cheese, with less maturation time required.

This cheese already has a well-developed flavour profile. Approximately four months mature, this is our “easy eating, everyday lekker kaas”!

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures.  Colourant, preservative and flavourant free.  Suitable for lacto(milk) vegetarian.

Allergens: Cow’s milk.
