signature cheese
This is a semi soft washed rind cheese. It is available in rounds of approx. 250 – 300g. Delicate complexity, with milk/meaty notes which present the savoury “bacon & egg” like character. The pâte is creamy and smooth with a supple melting texture but pliant consistency. A limited edition cheese, part of Dalewood’s Signature cheese range.
