Huguenot® is an award-winning cheese both locally and internationally. It is the largest head of cheese produced in South Africa, and is dedicated to our country’s rich and colourful heritage. This semi-hard, brushed-rind cheese is crafted into impressive golden cartwheels and slow-matured for at least six months, allowing the flavours of the Cape’s pastures to fully develop. With a medium-full character and delightful nutty overtones, Huguenot is a versatile cheese—perfect for recipes that call for a mature cheese or as a standout addition to any cheeseboard. As part of Dalewood’s signature cheese range, it remains a limited-edition offering.

Ingredients:  Pasteurised Jersey cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, selected cheese cultures. Colourant, preservative and flavourant free. Suitable for lacto (milk) vegetarian.
