Dalewood Style Brie - Wineland Brie

wineland camembert gold

The Dalewood Wineland Brie is a soft, white rind cheese with a straw-coloured interior. It is a mild, full cream cheese with an even textured creamy pâte. Due to its unique style of production the texture is smooth and consistent from the beginning and therefore does not necessarily have to undergo the ripening or softening period. It is versatile and accessible when young, ready for eating at any stage but also delicious at full ripeness. Serve at room temperature

Available in a whole wheel (approx 1,4kg) or 125g wedges.
